Dumbbells come in many different weights and sizes, and they can be made of metal, concrete or other materials.In moonlight gym we provided u dumbells from 2kg till 50kg.And we have 2 to 3 sets of each weight of dumbells soo u can no need to weight for your turn.
2.CABLE CROSSOVER MACHINE-
The Cable Crossover is an exercise done on a machine that is used to strengthen the muscles of the upper chest. It involves two pulleys and will engage the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor as well as your anterior deltoids.we provided you best cable cross over machine by which u can do different type of exercices in moon light gym.
3.SMITH MACHINE-simple, you can do a lot of exercises on this machine, such as squats, bench presses, bicep curls, deadlifts, tricep extensions, shrugs, etc. However, some exercises are better suited for it than others.
